Welcome to our AI-powered artwork generation app (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App to create illustrations, storybook artwork, and other AI-generated art.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This App collects minimal data necessary for functionality. We do NOT sell any personal user data or sensitive information. Certain third-party services integrated into the App (Google Play Billing, AdMob, and Replicate AI) may collect limited data as described below.
We do NOT directly collect, store, or process:
• Personal identification information (no user accounts or sign-in required)
• Payment information (handled entirely by Google Play)
• Location data
• Contact lists or phone data
• Photos or media from your device (except when you explicitly select them for artwork generation)

Our App integrates the following third-party services that may collect data:
When you make in-app purchases, all payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play. We do NOT collect or have access to:
• Your payment card information
• Your billing address
• Any financial details
Google Play provides us only with:
• Purchase confirmation (whether a transaction was successful)
• Transaction ID (for purchase verification)
This information is used solely to grant you access to purchased features or content within the App. Google's handling of your payment information is governed by Google Play's Privacy Policy:

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process:
• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• IP address
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
• App usage information (interactions with ads)
• Approximate location (based on IP address)
This data is collected and managed entirely by Google. We do not have access to or control over this data collection. AdMob uses this information to serve relevant advertisements and measure ad performance.

We use Replicate's AI platform (Flux-Schnell model) to generate artwork based on your text prompts. When you create artwork:
• Your text prompts are sent to Replicate's servers for processing
• Your text prompts may be stored on our backend (hosted on Railway.app) for app functionality purposes
• Generated images are returned to your device
• We do NOT store generated images on our servers - they remain only on your device
We may store your prompts to:
• Enable features like prompt history or favorites
• Improve app functionality and user experience
• Troubleshoot technical issues
Replicate may process your prompts according to their privacy policy:

We use Railway.app to host our backend services. Railway may collect:
• Technical logs (API requests, timestamps, IP addresses) for operational purposes
• This data is used solely for app functionality and troubleshooting

Generated Artwork: All generated artwork is stored ONLY on your device. We do not store your generated images on our servers. Your creations remain private and under your control.
Text Prompts: Your text prompts may be stored on our backend servers (hosted on Railway.app) to provide app functionality such as prompt history or to improve the user experience. We treat this data confidentially and do not share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the app (e.g., sending prompts to Replicate AI for image generation).
The limited information we collect is used only for:
• Providing core app functionality (generating artwork via Replicate AI)
• Processing in-app purchases through Google Play
• Storing your prompts to enable features like prompt history
• Improving app performance and fixing technical issues
• Displaying advertisements (managed by AdMob)
We do NOT: sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
• Service Providers: With Google (for in-app purchases and advertising) and Replicate (for AI artwork generation), as described in Section 3.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Protection of Rights: To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
You have the following rights:
• Data Deletion: You can request deletion of your stored prompts by contacting us.
• Advertising ID: You can reset or opt out of personalized ads through your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization).
• Data Access: You can request a copy of any data we hold about you (such as stored prompts).
• In-App Purchase Refunds: For refund requests related to in-app purchases, please contact Google Play support as all transactions are handled by Google.
This App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete such information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to our service providers in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
